This is the most cost-effective option for customers who need answers to their specific questions.
You can send us a list of questions you would like us to answer to info@kolimaimmigration.com. The cost of the email consultation will depend on the time we spend answering your questions. The cost of the consultation is as follows:
- Consultation by Phone / Skype / Zoom / WhatsApp / E-mail of 30 minutes is charged at 50 € (usually 3 to 5 complex questions)
- Consultation by Phone / Skype / Zoom / WhatsApp / E-mail of 60 minutes is charged at 150 € (usually 5 to 10 complex questions)
BY EMAIL
Once we have received your list of questions, we will send you an invoice reflecting the actual cost of your consultation by e-mail. You can expect a response to your questions within one business day of full payment of the invoice.

If you would like to book your consultation, please fill out the Appointment form and select the date and time that is convenient for you, which will be confirmed by payment of the consultation fee so that the date and time can be allocated to you. Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the date and time of your scheduled consultation.

Click on the Pay Now button.
Once you are redirected to PayPal, enter the amount in the payment box.
Instead of choosing to pay with a debit or credit card. Choose the option Pay with my PayPal account on the right side.
You will be asked to log into your PayPal account if you are not already logged in.
Click on the Pay Now button.

FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATION
This option is most appropriate for clients whose location is not far from one of our offices and who prefer face-to-face interaction. The in-person consultation takes place at one of our offices.
The cost of the in-person consultation is €150 for each fraction of the first hour. After the first hour, the cost is €50 per half hour.
